Welcome to Imagination Laboratory! I provide mobile STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) based fun activities for children 2 years to 6 years of age. I bring the fun to you at your home, community center or neighborhood clubhouse. I do birthday parties, school's out celebrations or simply because "SaturdaySTEM." I also do mommy/daddy and me groups, providing fun activities to engage the entire group.
I also provide resources for parents and caregivers to use at home to keep boredom at bay and introduce STEAM in a way that is fun and easy to digest.

Why is STEAM important to Early Childhood?
STEAM learning happens naturally everyday as children explore, play, and try new things. When young children have the opportunity to investigate the world around them, they learn and experiment with new STEAM skills and theories. Research shows there is a positive relationship between early STEAM experiences and future success in school. |
What can parents do to encourage STEM?
Adults can foster children’s development of STEAM skills by providing learning opportunities (like an Imagination Laboratory event) and materials that support exploration and discovery. Because STEAM activities are interactive, and exploration based, they provide many opportunities for children who are dual language learners to be actively involved |
